Have You Earned an Award?

All league secretaries were provided award forms in their league packets. If you are due an award, make sure your league secretary submitted the award application.

If your name appears on the achievement list and you have not received your award, check with your league secretary first. If needed, contact your lane representative or the Association Manager.
